R&W Non-Emergency Medical Transport offers non-emergency transportation for ambulatory and wheelchair clients. All ride requests must be confirmed by phone. Submitting a form on this website does not guarantee a scheduled ride.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients are expected to be ready at their scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made without adequate notice or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to decline or cancel service in situations involving safety, eligibility, or policy violations.

Payments

We offer private-pay services and accept ECTC transportation funding. Payment terms will be explained before service is confirmed. All pricing is transparent and agreed upon in advance.
